This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures to help you resolve such situations smoothly.
Your Right to Cancel – UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return your items for a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods — no questions asked.
To qualify for a refund:
- You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
- You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.
- The goods must be unused, in a resalable condition, and in their original packaging.

Returning Items – General Returns Policy
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Unused and in re-sellable condition
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will initiate a refund within 5–10 working days.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns on the following:
- Goods made to your custom specifications
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Goods that have been used, installed, or modified
- Toilet seats, bidets, or any hygiene-sensitive products that have been unsealed
- Goods that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods do not meet the conditions stated above.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We work hard to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive:
- Damaged goods
- Faulty items
- Incorrect products
You must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
What to Do
- Take clear photographs of the damage or issue.
- Contact our support team with your order number and photos.
- Do not install or use the item — installed items cannot be refunded or replaced.
Once reported, we will offer you the following (based on stock and your preference):
- A free replacement
- A collection and full refund
- A discount if you choose to keep the item as-is
How to Return Items
If your item is eligible for return, follow these steps:
a. Request a Return
Email us at support@bathsnmore.co.uk with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is faulty/damaged
b. Prepare the Item
- Repackage the item securely in its original box
- Include all accessories, manuals, fixings, and invoice
c. Arrange Return
- For unwanted items: You are responsible for return postage costs.
- For damaged/faulty/incorrect items: We will arrange collection at our cost (if reported within 24 hours).
- Use a tracked courier service for proof of delivery.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
- Refunds will include the product price and standard delivery cost (where applicable).
Please note:
- If goods are returned damaged or incomplete, deductions may apply.
- If you return only part of your order, we will refund only the relevant item(s), not the entire shipping cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please:
- Return your unwanted item as per this policy.
- Place a new order separately through our website.
Out-of-Stock & Backordered Items
If you have placed an order and the product becomes out of stock:
- You will be contacted with an updated delivery estimate.
- You can choose to wait, request an alternative, or cancel for a full refund.

Liability for Returns
Bathsnmore cannot accept liability for goods returned without proof of posting or tracking. If a returned item is lost or damaged in transit:

- For pre-arranged collections (e.g., faulty goods): We will take responsibility once collected by our courier.
